Services we offer:
- Basic Pool Closing - Blow Lines Only (Labor) $180.00
This is what it says. It protects your pool in the most basic way. We can come out to your pool and clear your plumbing lines and equipment of water and ensure that antifreeze (not included in the labor price) is circulated throughout them. We can do this if you already have your water level lowered and the filter grids or cartridges have been removed from the filter tank.
- Complete Pool Closing - No Cover (Labor) $200.00
- With this service we do everything except put the cover on for you. It includes:

- Lowering of the water level
- Disassembly of certain equipment for winterization (cleaners, rails, chlorinators, etc...)
- Removal and on site cleaning of filter grids or cartridges (not chemical cleaning)
- Basic cleaning of the pool
- Blowing out water fronm the plumbing lines and equipment followed with antifreeze (antifreeze is not included in the labor price)
- Plugging of the lines or air locking of the lines that have been winterized
- Turning off the power to the equipment
- Place expansion bottle(s) in skimmer(s)
- Price does not include chemical, plugs, or parts
- Complete Closing with a Solid Style Safety or Tarp Cover (Labor) $300.00 Includes all of the services of the Complete Closing PLUS we will put your solid cover on for you
- Complete Closing with a Mesh Safety Cover (Labor) $290.00 Includes all of the services of the Complete Closing PLUS we will put your mesh cover on for you
- Winterization Extras:

- Spa closed at the same time as the pool closing $40.00
- Spa closed during a second trip $120.00
- Caretaker or Pool Valet circulation system $40.00
- Solar Deck or Solar Panels $85.00
- Winter Grid or Cartridge Cleaning (labor only no parts) $70.00
- Winter Motor Service (labor only no parts) $70.00
- Winter Cleaner Service (labor only no parts) $70.00
- Winter Cover Service (includes chemicals) $90.00 per visit / Avg. 4X during winter

- Remove winter cover, clean, and fold for storage - includes Stow Away for solid covers
- Remove winter accesories

- Please make sure that the water level in the pool is upto the normal operating level before our arrival so we can make sure everything is functioning correctly.
- PLEASE have water pumped off of the cover before our arrival, if not we will charge $120.00 per hour to do so.

- Weekly Maintenance

- Each week, let The Pool Company do the work for you. We will come out to your pool and:
- Blow debris off of the deck
- Brush the tile line
- Skim the surface of the pool
- Vacuum the pool
- Brush the pool
- Empty the skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and automatic cleaners
- Backwash the filter when necessary
- Provide all maintenance chemicals
- The price of the Weekly Service Agreement is based on: the size of your pool, the length of the term, and the general pool conditions.

Vacation Visits - Let us monitor your pool while you are on vacation or out of town on business.
- We maintain your pool just like we do our Weekly Maintenance pools, so you don't have to worry about a thing while you are away!

New Equipment Installation
- Do you want a new energy efficient pump or heater? Do you want an automatic cleaner for your pool? We have many different options for you to choose from.

Equipment Repairs
- Our Service technicians are APSP certified and factory trained on most brands of pool and spa equipment.

In-Store Water Testing
- We provide FREE water testing to all of our customers. We will check all of the important chemical levels of your pool or spas water to make sure it is safe and easy to maintain.

- We install Loop-Loc Brand Safety Covers because quality and safety matter to us and you.

Pool Schools - Let us go over your pools system operations with you.
